I wanted to bring to your notice that the job posted on the following page

might be violating ADA regulations in its qualifications.
Qualification number 3 says "eyesight, with or without correction aid".
The position being for English, this requirement does not make sense. The 
requirement seems to be discriminatory, considering that many totally blind 
people have been teaching English at various universities for years now.

The position number for this posting is FN0041.
The position class code: f1001.
Posting number 0600240.
You are requested to take the appropriate action to make sure that the 
posting is not violating the law.
