HI Dick and everyone else,
A great place to train if you're interested in becoming a piano technician is The School of Piano Technology for the Blind in Vancouver WA.  I've been there since September and I'm learning more here than I learned from the sighted guy in Chicago.  Although I have sight, 20/200, learning by feel is by far easier.  The school's website is pianotuningschool.org.  I'm sorry that the link doesn't appear, but you can type it in or copy and paste it in your browser.  As for other training a local VR counselor should help in that are, but this school if one wants to become a piano tech. is by far the best out there for those of us who are vision impaired or blind.
