JOB TITLE:
Production Specialist
WEEKLY SCHEDULE:
20  hours per week
SALARY:
$12  per hour
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES /  RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1.  Direct management of the daily  activities of 
the recording studio,
including scheduling volunteers,  monitoring and 
advancing the recording of
individual projects,  maintaining the recording 
equipment and facilities,
overseeing the work  of volunteers and assuring 
functioning of each aspect of the
production  process.

2.      Learn the  proper operation of the equipment 
and the software
applications of the  digital recording studio.
3.      Receive  new projects and prepare them for the 
recording process.
Understand  the entire production line from assignment 
to completion.
Facilitate  the smooth flow of production, filling in 
at various work stations as
needed.
4.      Train  volunteers in both the basic and the 
expanded functions of the
studio and  monitor the quality of their work.
5.      Assist in  outreach and recruitment efforts as 
needed.

material to disabled
students, this position does not involve  direct 
teaching.
