HI Jes,
I thought you had the names on a word doc. you could send as an attachment.  I'd feel bad if you gave these away for free with out paying for it.  Did you find purchasing that book to be helpful.  I always steer away from buying a book etc.  I did that about 17 years ago and found the book to be useless.  I wonder if things have changed since then.  Thank you for the links that you sent.  If anyone else has ideas on how Jess can post these companies that would be great, but by all means Jess, don't hand input those. LOL  If they're written on a list in a word doc. that would work.
