[Jobs] Ideas for seminar at NFB convention

Hi:

When applying for a job, I simply ignore anything that talks about drivers
license required if I am otherwise qualified.  The good news is that this
has gotten me interviews I otherwise wouldn't get, along with an apology for
the offending wording.  The bad news is that I haven't landed a job when
that drivers license requirement was mentioned.
