[Jobs] A note on work from home jobs.

So it looks like arise isn't so accessible now. I tried to take the match
assessments and unfortunately I could find no way to log in, no matter what
I did with the screen reader. My last hope is to use bx navigation and see
if I missed anything, but I doubt it.
