Yes,  it is always good to  put your best foot foward when it  comes to that 
very first impression, and   the cover letter or resume  is that very first 
impression.  While I  don't make it a huge   point to spell check my personal 
E-mails,  I can see the advantage to doing  so.  Old habits die hard, and the 
more good ones you can get stuck in your  head, the better. 
 And  Amy, nothing wrong with being OCD when you are aware of it,  lol. 
 happy hunting Tara! i know I've  cauht myself miss  spelling  here and 
there, I'm personally crap at it, but I know that quite  off the bat. lol

Perhaps I've worked in the corporate world too long, and maybe  I'm a little 
OCD for spell checking even personal emails, but it sort of  becomes 
ingrained after a while...  *laughs*
