[Jobs] need help with writing cover letters for resumes

It has been awhile since I have sent out cover letters for resumes and this is the first time doing being blind and having a guide dog. If someone could give me advice about how to present this in a cover letter for a potential job that would be great. I hope my brothers and sisters out there would be so kind to help. thanks.
