I live in Cleveland, Ohio.  Brecksville is in the South West area of 
Cuyahoga County.  It's out of the city, but you can still get to it by 
public transportation.

In terms of employment, Marriott Worldwide Reservations has a call center in 
Solon, OH.  It's quite far to get to, but not impossible.

Preferred Marketing, Inc also employs people with disabilities in the 
telemarketing field for mortgages.

Of course, you could always apply through usajobs.opm.gov if you are looking 
for a federal job.  There is a blind woman working for NASA.

Another company that has employed a blind person is West Park Direct in 
Lakewood, OH--a very accessible and convenient place to live as it is close 
to lots of bus lines and the West Side Rapid.  West Park Direct has recently 
expanded to the downtown area as well.  This is telemarketing firm that 
sells newspaper subscriptions.  It has a base pay, plus commission for each 
sale.  The general office number is (216) 589-0200.
