[Jobs] Making LiveOpps Accessible?

I don't know that Everett was so much commenting on Live Ops as on job
seekers in particular.Sometimes, we as job seekers, and people in
general, want things in life to come to us to easily.  I am not
pointing fingers, because I have been as guilty as the rest.
Anway, just my two cents worth.
