Actually, replying will only alert them that your email is valid and
aactive -- it shouldn't install anything on your computer. However, if you
clicked a link in your email, you may be in trouble.

You should also get and run an anti spy ware program too to make sure that
by replying to their e-mail, they have not installed a spy ware program that
will let them see what you type in your computer and be able to read your
files and other personal info.
