Good luck job hunting and be willing to relocate like I did in July 2006
right after National Convention that was held in Dallas, Texas. If anyone
have questions regarding the braille proofreading position, I'd be happy to
fill you in on what the atmosphere is like there. One of my coworker and
neighbor, Debbie Strader, is leaving the company to start working at home as
a medical transcriber starting next week. She have been in the medical
transcription field for over 20 years and loves that job. She held this
braille proofreading position for the last 2 years and felt burned out and
wanted to get back in the medical field for what her heart is more
interested in since something new is learned each day as she transcribes
medical reports.
