  Hi SG,

We are looking to fill a few positions for Assessment Professionals who would handle calls from their home/home office to evaluate the English and/or Spanish proficiency of job candidates via a verbal telephone assessment according to our defined process. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and hope you might be able to refer us to some interested people:

a.. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Must have excellent writing skills in English. Each candidate will have to pass our internal assessment (verbal and writing skills).
b.. Able to commit to being available for calls for 3-5 hours per day, three to five days per week. Our assessment hours are 9 AM - 7 PM Eastern Time, M-F.
c.. Must use a PC (not MAC)
d.. Have Internet access and a phone.
e.. Must not work in a field that competes with Arial International.
We pay an hourly rate based on the candidate's background and experience. This position is ideal for a degreed professional who works part-time, works from a home office in a different field or a parent whose children are at school during the daytime. Most of our current assessment professionals are mothers who have left their professions.

We understand that disabled people on benefits are able to earn a small amount of income without losing their benefits, so this would be an ideal job for people in this situation since they would work from home and can have set hours. How do you suggest we tap that pool? Do you know how we can get the word out to disabled vets, for example? Your help is much appreciated!!

Our assessment services are described on this page on our website: www.arialinternational.com/assessments.html . Please feel free to forward the position info in this email (cut and paste) to interested candidates.

  Thank you in advance.

  Best regards,

  Astrid Rial
