Hi Fred and others,
A friend of mine who lost their site is computer savvy, but can't work in
an office setting because of health issues. Is there work I can steer them
toward that they can do on the computer? They would need to work on their
own schedule.
Thanks.
Jim

Someone called me just afew minutes ago as a result of reading about my
book:
Dealing With Vision Loss
in the Matilda Ziegler magazine and inquired of me whether or not I knew of
any home employment opportunities. In thinking about it, I came up with the
possibilities of transcription work and working doing answering service
work. This person was not interested in making use of computers in order to
do her work, so I also suggested they try to get licensed as a
proof-reader.
Anyone have any other suggestions that may work for this individual?
