Career Opportunities for Students with Disabilities (COSD) is a national
association of more than 450 employers and higher education institutions
focused on the career employment of college graduates with disabilities.
In addition to serving students, COSD also helps employers create
strategies to search for qualified college students with disabilities
and to successfully recruit them.
To that end, the COSD created the Career Gateway, a nationwide
recruitment site specifically focused on college students with
disabilities. Students can post their resumes, browse jobs, and
directly communicate with employers recruiting students with
disabilities.
