You know I will share my take on this, I know I am hard core, but it seems 
to me that the blind person needing to know the software is the one 
responsible  for finding out how to use it.
I know I am old school and believe in personal responsibility and most 
reject that orientation, this one just struck me as example of the habit of 
lets see how many people can make things easy for the blind person.
Throwing people in the deep end seems to me to be a great way of teaching 
job survivle skills.
