[Jobs] does anyone use medical manager software out there

Hi does anyone use medical manager software out there  and is it accessible 
for a screen reader such as Jaws or  Windoweyes.

I am looking to take a course in school using this  software and no one seems 
to know been trying to ask to technical team of  sagehealth.com, but they 
want to charge me for time to speak to them since I am  not a member yet. Any 
ideas.
