Big big difference. I know--I do customer service. When making reservations,
you do just that--make future reservations. in customer service, you handle
things that have, mostly, gone wrong. it's about 70% complaints, the rest is
getting receits for customers who need them, putting in people's frequent
flyer numbers, that stuff. I know Mr. Cook, and, if he aces the interview,
which he should, I will be proud to have him work by my side in customer
service. only 2 blind people do it now--me and this gal Mona who, I am sorry
to say, can out-work me. I hope Cook becomes the third.
