Hello Dianna.
My name is Jessica Silva. Yes, getting IT certifications is possible, it
can be alot of work, but it can be done. I have my A+, network+ and MCSA
2003 certificates. I'm currently working on upgrading my MCSA to an MCSE.
Basically, depending on what certifications you are looking for, each one
has it's own differing challenges. Some of the more common ones are working
with vm's(virtual machines) but depending on which vm client you use if you
do use them for your labs, it's not that big a deal. Also you will need to
get readers and recorders for your tests if you are blind and testing for
any of the certs. If you need anymore questions answered, please don't
hesitate to ask.
Jessica Silva
