Well, the only thing I know to recommend is to look at the blind MT group 
e-mail list.  It is a list of blind medical transcribers, but if anyone 
would know of people in the field, those guys would know.  Some of them 
probably do both, transcription and billing or have at least been trained in 
both.  I think it is a yahoo list, but you can probably google it and find 
it.  I know it is called the blind MT group.  Sorry for the confusion.  Hope 
the people on that list can help you.
