[Jobs] New to the list any Medical billing and coding people out there with advice

Yes, I am trying to find out if there are members that  do medical billing 
and coding. I want to do this since I hear that you can do it  also from home. 
any advice would be great.

I belong to the Long Island NFB run by David  Stayer,
I live in Brentwood, which is in Suffolk County Long  Island
I just got my first guide dog in February that is his  name next to mine.
I am 40 lost my vision about 5 years ago to diabetes,  i have some vision in 
right eye but very little.
worked before I got sick and lost my vision. I had a  kidney transplant in 
2005. long story and that is for O/T
 
so any help and advice would be  wonderful.
