Dear Sir,
No, only the U.S. Congress is exempt fromthe ADA.
The Congress exempts itself from most of the laws it passes,but the rest of
the federal government falls under it.
They do , however, drag their feet on meeting compiance to the point that
most people either just go away or die first.
Go to the DOJ web site for more info on how the ADA applys.
