[Jobs] is this statement legal?

hi Seville and list.
My reaction was similar to yours, that this is like the infamous "must have
a valid drivers license". I'm not applying for the job--it's in Ohio and I'm
in New Mexico. However, I have seen similar statements on government job
announcements including the federal government--folks who should know about
the ADA so I'm wondering if such bogus "requirements" are a new way to weed
out people with disabilities--a kinder gentler discrimination.
