[Jobs] is this statement legal?

Illegal, hmmm, don't think so.
To be illegal it must violate a statute of the state code or federal code.
So before I would rush to calling something illegal I would first find out
what code it violates.
Looks like the employer believes that this is the physical capacity required
for the job, one would hope they would know.
