Dear Sharonda,

I find it helpfull to do a little bit of research on the company I'm
applying to.  That way, I can ask intelligent questions about what the
company does and what my responsibilities would be.  Also, it might be
good to keep in mind that they need your services as much as you need the
job they're offering.  Think of an interview as two mutual partners
considering each other for a possible business opportunity, because that's
what it is.  Hope that helps.  Much success, and please let us know what
