[Jobs] Question about a company

Hi.  This is why I asked.  I got some red flags from the presentation on the 
add as well as the website and wanted to survey some people along with 
checking with the BBB.  It looked kind of suspicious because the company 
made it seem like you'd get a job right away once a match was found and you 
got to pick your hours by telling them of your availability.  I'm not so 
concerned about the possibility of promotion but was wondering why an hourly 
wage was not provided since these appear to be entry level jobs.  I thought 
I'd ask to see if anyone had experience with them.  Thanks for the great 
suggestions.
