Hello Charlotte:

     I have not heard of this company. If they are a service provider, I 
would certainly want references. If you get put in a home to work with a 
stranger, I would suggest you have an fast exit strategy in case you find 
yourself in a bad situation. You could also check with the Better Businesss 
Bureau.
