[Jobs] Question about a company

Hello.  I was wondering if anyone heard about a company called home instead, 
located at www.hominstead.com.  As I look for a small part-time job, I came 
across this through a friend and liked what I saw but have a small weird 
feeling about it.  I understand one can be hired to provide personal 
assistance services and nonmedical companionship to senior citizens.  They 
don't really talk about what kind of people they want nor is a starting 
hourly wage given.

I hope someone answers this question because it seems like my last question 
or food for thought was ignored or perhaps no one had ideas or experiences 
to share.
