Hi Marshall:

     I think the key is to get recommendations. That means giving away 
tunings to churches and schools. Then get a letter of recommendation. It 
just occured to me that you might try and find auctions that are selling 
pianos. Maybe an auction house would let you tune up an instrument so you 
could leave your card on it. Pianos when moved always go out of tune. Of 
course note this on your card. Hope this helps.
