Hello:

     Pamela's comments remind me that I once actually dictated a letter. I 
don't remember the letter, but I did it in either 1976 or 1977. The 
secretary even used a typewriter. I don't know much about it, but there is 
software specifically for the medical industry that will supposedly 
recognize speech and produce a text document. I think the document has to be 
edited and proofed before it can be used.
