Perhaps you have already checked but if not, you might see if NFB has an 
association for nurses who are blind or visually impaired. Also, Canada has 
an association for physicians who are blind. I don't know that they have one

for nurses but you might check the web and if so ask them for 
suggestions/leads on jobs in your area or wherever you chose to live.
