[Jobs] medical or paralegal transcription schools for blind persons

Does anyone know of any medical transcription or paralegal transxription 
schools or blind-friendly correspondence courses? Also any information 
concerning customer service training with job placement. She contacted 
Little Rock Lions World but they didn't have a placement vehicle 
implemented. Thank you.
