Hi, all!  

Nicole, I definitely feel you got the shaft by this guy.  I am confused about one thing though.  Were you officially hired by this company, or not yet?  Because if you were hired for a specific position, they shouldn't be able to demote you, should they?  However, if you're still in the pursuing phase of this, I would abandon it.  Obviously this company, and this man, don't stick by their word.  That doesn't sound like someone I'd want to work for.

Do you happen to have anything in writing?  I mean, was there anything written that said Zoomtext would be purchased for you?  Kind of makes you wish you could tape record interviews to avoid this kind of mess.
