Entry Level Non-Profit Executive Director

Profit organization providing services to blind individuals requires a part or full-time
executive director.   No prior management experience required.   Applicants must be blind or
legally blind.

Job Duties
1.  Conduct interviews, 2.   Formulate document requests and questions for EEO investigations,
2. Research and analysis, 3.   Interview potential clients, 4.  Develop marketing materials and
grant and contract proposals for specific federal agencies, 5.   Ensure compliance with agency
privacy policy, 6.  Ensure compliance with statement of work for particular agencies, 7.
Monitor project deadlines with tickler system for specific agencies, 8.  Update agency about
status of investigations, 9.  Address customer services questions from agency officials, 10.
Team Leader for specific investigations, and maintain JWOD compliance information, and 11.
Submit routine paperwork regarding JWOD contracting regulation requirements.  Benefits:
