[Jobs] Help needed looking for blind MCSE

Hello:
My name is Jessica Silva.  I am a totally blind individual looking to obtain 
her MCSE, (Microsoft computer systems engineer) certification, however, have 
run into some problems with my counselor providing the funds for it.  She 
believes there is no one who is blind with their MCSE who is employed, 
therefore, I am trying to find someone who can contact me so I could ask 
them a few questions, and they could possibly talk to my counselor.  also, 
any network administrators tech support representatives or system 
administrators, are people I would like to hear from as well, as they are 
some jobs that someone with an MCSE primarily works in.  Thank all of you 
for your time and I would appreciate anyone's help who could offer it.
