Subject: [Jobs] functional versus chronological resume

While I'm posting, I figured I'd ask about this as well. My resume has
some
pretty big gaps in it. It's a chronological resume. I think the gaps
might
be one reason why I'm not getting that great of results w/ said resume.
I'm
thinking of switching to a functional resume. The only problem is I've

never actually seen this type of resume, and don't really know how to
go about
writing one. Has anyone here ever written a functional resume? What
does it
include? Is this a better way to go about submitting a resume with
several
gaps in it? Please let me know. Thanks.

Nicole
