Low Vision Clinic Coordinator - Cincinnati

Coordinates all clinical and instructional aspects of Clovernooks low
vision services. Provide direct support to the clients, optometrists,
ophthalmologists and staff to ensure the provision of comprehensive,
seamless, and client centered vision rehabilitation services as part of
Clovernooks overall rehabilitation program. Serves as lead low vision
therapist in conducting low vision assessments, examinations, and follow-up
training.
Candidate must be/have valid certification as a Low Vision Therapist or be
actively pursuing certification.

Data Entry/Material Handler - Cincinnati

Assists in ensuring that production continues on work floor by supplying
employees with necessary materials for production. Position completes all
data entry of work orders and labels for primary work project. Candidate
must be able to work well with others, have proficient P/C skills and be
able to routinely lift 50 pounds. Post-offer, pre-employment drug screen
and background check conducted.

Orientation & Mobility Specialist - Memphis

Provides evaluation and instruction to clients in the Memphis area. Must
possess a valid certificate in orientation and mobility from ACVREP or be
actively pursuing certification. Individual must be able to document and
maintain grammatically correct records/reports, provide blindness awareness
to community and able proficient in P/C skills. Responsibilities also
include performing visual assessments, accompany consumers to low vision
clinic and instruct on use of low vision near and distance aids. Also
conducts functional low vision assessments as needed.
