Not really. You won't be hired in the traditional sense. the company is 
already up and running. What my understanding suggests, you will be part of 
a chain. More members you make, more chances of your earning commission. 
There is no fixed earning. if you don't have many contacts, you might regret 
after joining. these are my personal views and may be rectified.
