[Jobs] More Information

Hello Terry and listers,
Mary and I have been involved with MLM for years and see no problem with
that kind of income-producing vehicle. I design Web sites for a living and
Mary is a Braille Proofreader. In both instances we deal with reputable
individuals, and organizations, and are paid on commission for our
services. What we're objecting to is the sheer lack of substantial
information about Don's company. Even outfits like Amway, Quixtar,
Shackally, Discovery Toys, and others now have a substantial amount of
information on their Web sites that explain who they are, what they offer in
the way of products and a business opportunity. Don's Web Site falls far
short of this. As an NFB Webmaster I also observed that it seems to have
been hastily put up. Given the above information and the fact that on
Thursday we discovered that some of our bank accounts were being debited for
services we canceled, or for merchandise we didn't order, a situation that
led to Mary's having to scrub her participation in the TOPS Seminar for
Division Officers being held in Baltimore this weekend we're definitely not
in the mood to be taken for another ride like this. Naturally the red flag
went up in our minds. Let me urge those who will be interviewed tomorrow to
listen, but verify unless Don is fourth-coming with the information we
requested so we can reconsider our first impressions. Thanks for listening.
Peter and Mary Donahue who don't want to see anyone else burned by possible
scams like this.

I doubt that I would be doing anything wrong divulging some facts about this
"job". Well, it is not a kind of job which generally people look for. It
more or less is soliciting people to purchases services and products from
the company. I don't know why these companies keep these things as a secret.
It also involves one time payment. If noone refutes this information, this
is what being offered.
