[Jobs] Journalism professionals?

Hi folks,
are there any blind persons  on the list who have  either worked as a professional in the field of journalism (especially as a newspaper or magazine writer), or might know someone who is, or has?


I am looking to pursue a career in this field and any help would be greatly appreciated.  Granted, I am just starting to investigate going to school for a journalism degree, but I thought I ought to establish networking contacts ASAP.
