SOC Enterprises is a private non-profit community rehabilitation agency providing services to persons with disabilities, ranging from career counseling and job placement to vocational training and sheltered employment.  All our activities grow out of one guiding premise: the individual, local businesses, and the community as a whole benefit when an individual with a disability reaches his or her highest level of vocational functioning. 
 
SOC is seeking Rehabilitation Specialists to provide case management, training and support services for individuals with disabilities in community-based work settings and facility-based work setting.
 
Successful candidates should have a Bachelors degree in vocational rehabilitation or related field and experience working with persons with disabilities; and experience with vocational community skills training and Medicaid.  Behavioral program and individual program planning development is a plus.
