POSITION: Account & E-commerce Specialist


REPORTS TO: National Account Manager


JOB SUMMARY: As an Account & E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the National Account Manager by maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients and customers.


POSITION OBJECTIVES:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



        Collaborate with the National Account Manager to maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

        Work closely with Procurement to offer accurate pricing for customer projects and oversee them from initiation to completion.

        Generate, review for accuracy and present art proofs and presentations for various projects as required.
        Regularly track and manage open web and custom orders using provided excel log.
