[IL-Talk] Ventra App and Website

Hi all,

 

Yesterday I tried adding a new card to my account and ran into accessibility
issues with the app and website. Is anyone working with Ventra to improve
their accessibility? I could call their customer service but whoever I talk
with won't know what accessibility means. Let me know if you have any
questions.
