It's great to hear from you also! I do remember that Springfield Bell Academy. That was also where I met Bill Rief as well, hopefully I spelt his last name right and didn't mix up the i and the E. :-)
I have actually joined NASB, National Association of Blind Students. I'm in on the IASB mailing list as well.
Thanks for sending the links on those scholarships. I'm going to take a look at those, especially considering I was wanting to maybe apply for some of those.
I know every year, with NASB, you have to send in an annual fee of $5. I registered on New Year's Day of this year, and when I went to pay my dues, there wasn't a $5 option. There was a $10 option that I could check to pay, but not a $5 option. This was through the donate link on the NASB website. There were check boxes as to which one I could check, and five dollars was not one of the options. Although I did put in a note down below saying that I wanted to pay my five dollars dues to be a part of the national Association of blind students.
