Debbie, thanks much for posting this. This litigation is very much worth
knowing about. I surely hope Musc/Trump don't get wind of this and cause
the U.S. Justice Department to flip its position. This is right out of
their play book in challenging any agency with rule making authority. I
would hope that Illinois is already on record as supporting Section 504.
