Hi all,

 

Some of you may have already seen this so I apologize if this is duplicate
information. I signed the petition but didn't post a public comment. I read
part of the legal notice but I was reluctant to post a comment since the
intent of the notice didn't seem clear to me. If anyone has an opinion on
this issue, by all means sign the petition.
