Bruce you're supposed to call the hotel that the convention is booked in
and tell the hotel that you are attending the national federation of the
blind 2025 convention. You have to register for it in advance with the
hotel so you can get the room rate. If you know you want roommates you need
to tell them that. You might want to just talk to people that you think are
going to go and would like to share a room with you. And you have to call
by a certain time it in May so that you can get the room rate. It goes up
after that. Go to nfb.org and search out the convention information. You'll
find it.
