Hello, Everyone!!
Your door prize co-chairs, Tasabih (Abbu) Elfaki and Michelle Ault are at it again!
Late at night when all the world is sleeping, we stay up and think of you! We wish upon a star that somewhere will be a gazillion door prizes for you too! Cause we're dreaming....dreaming of door prizes! There's nowhere in the world we'd rather be then in a room full of astonishing door prizes with all of our fabulous friends at Illinois State Convention! Don't wait for the day and the courage to say that your bringing those sensational door prizes too! We are dreaming endlessly of those door prizes tonight and can't wait for you to say that you are dreaming and enchanting everyone with those door prizes too!
1. Contribute Your Door Prizes. We invite you to bring those door prizes to the State Convention! To let us know what you plan to donate, please email us at elfaki.tasabih at outlook.com or michtlua at aol.com as soon as possible. When you bring your door prize to the State Convention please make sure it is labeled. We would like to be able to identify it, so....a large print tag would be great and Braille is Beautiful! If you would like a shout out when your prize is awarded to the winner, include your name and let us know!
2. Cash Prize Donations via Zelle. Thunder only happens when it's raining and everyone loves when it rains cash! If your prefer to contribute cash prizes, it's easy! Send your donations through Zelle to treasurer at nfbofillinois.org. and contact NFBIL State Treasurer, Michal Nowicki to confirm receipt of the donation. Let him know if you have specific instructions on how you'd like the prize to be awarded. For example, if you donate $50.00 and would like it split into multiple door prizes, just inform Michal. Don't forget to ADD A NOTE on the Zelle donation indicating it's for Door Prizes at the State Convention!
3. Be Present to Win! You must be present to win! So, mark your calendars, attend the convention, and get ready to reach for those unreachable stars! Let's turn those obstacles into opportunities and those problems into possibilities. No dream is impossible!
We can't wait to see everyone there!
With excitement and gratitude,Tasabih (Abbu) Elfaki & Michelle AultDoor Prize Co-Chairs
