Gee I'm really sorry that you went through all this torture. This sounds
like a really bad nightmare. And I hope that you contact the central office
of the nfb and they can get on us and help you with your situation. This is
absolutely terrible. You know there are people I think they just think they
can get away with it and they don't care about anything except making
money. And I bet you they never even tried to develop anything or do
anything to accommodate you. They were probably just paying your lip
service.
