Hello Ghouls, Ghosts, and Good Fairy Witches!!!
Your door prize co-chairs, Tasabih (Abbu) Elfaki and Michelle Ault are creeping to your dwelling.. hoping to gather some spooktacular door prizes! The excitement for Illinois State Convention is just sending shivers down our spine! Ghouls just wanna have fun and we can't wait to dig into the buried treasures of door prizes. Our crystal ball says there is more to come, so please consider donating one! Pumpkins are a'blazing so let's make Illinois State Convention amazing!
Can you make things sweeter than candy corn? Do you have a artsy or crafty side? We would be absolutely thrilled to receive some homemade door prizes made especially by you! Perhaps you have a favorite haunt or restaurant you would like others to sink their fangs into---here's your chance! Contribute a gift card that can be placed in the winners hands! And let's not forget the possibilities of cash prizes, anything green is always spectacular around Halloween! If you have been taking a coffin break we are here to boo-st your spirit and fill you in on how to do it!
1.  Contribute Your Door Prizes:  We invite you to bring your door prize treats to Illinois State Convention and we will have a spook-tacular table in the meeting room for you to place your treasures on. Don't keep us in suspense as to what you will be donating and shoot us both a email to fill us in on your spooky delight! Our emails are: elfaki.tasabih at outlook.com and michtlua at aol.com. Please make sure it is labeled in large print, beautiful Braille, or both so we can identify it. If you would like a shout out when your prize is awarded include your name and let us know. 

2.  Cash Prize Donations via Zelle: If you would prefer to contribute a cash prize, it is easy! Send your donations through Zelle to treasurer at nfbofillinois.org and contact NFBIL Treasurer Michal Nowicki to confirm receipt of the donation. Let him know if you have specific instructions on how you would like the prize to be awarded. For example, if you donate $50.00 and would like it split into multiple door prizes, just inform Michal. Don't forget to add a note on the Zelle donation indicating it's for Door Prizes at the IL State Convention.
3. Be Present to Win! You must be present in the room to win! Mark those calendars, reserve a spot for your broom and don't be afraid to stop for a bite! It may be a scare and you may feel a little fright, but you don't want to be witching you were there that night!
